The international community is concerned that a dispute over oil between north and south Sudan could lead to war as the two countries. Tensions remain high between the two countries with a number of rebel groups operating in disputed regions, while both nations have been readying their armed forces. The Sudan People's Liberation Movement captured 29 Chinese workers on Saturday, which the government in Khartoum maintains are being funded by South Sudan.
