British PM vows to veto new EU treaty if London is not spared

British PM David Cameron has vowed to veto EU treaty changes if it does not involve British guarantees about the single market and financial services in the city of London. Britain could veto any treaty changes to come through the EU, which is pushing for tighter control of individual state budgets.
