British Prime Minister David Cameron has said that he will push for more British control over social programs and laws in order for a new European Union treaty to pass. Members of Mr. Cameron's own party have said that they would vote in favor of leaving the EU though Britain would not be required under the new treaty to help fund the enhanced bailout fund, the EFSF.
