Drowning in debt, EU hits moment of truth
European leaders will hold a crisis summit on October 23 in Brussels, Belgium, to stop the eurozone and the euro currency from dissolving. The leaders must determine a way for Greece to safely default, how much capital the banks will need if such an event were to occur and come up with methods to stop a repeat of the situation if another state should default.
