Greek bailout vote reignites euro crisis
Greek prime minister George Papandreou has said that a national referendum will decide whether or not his country will agree to the terms of the European bailout of his country. Greece was set to receive $140 billion in loans. The news was harshly received in European capitals as leaders have worked to craft a framework to insure that Greece does not default on its debts.
