ICC prosecutor concedes Libya may try Gaddafi's son
The international criminal court has said that the Libyan justice system will try Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saif al-Islam, over crimes against humanity, though the court will be involved with the process on some level. Saif could face the death penalty if he is convicted, which differs from the maximum penalty he could receive in the Hague of life in prison.
