Libyan fighters say Gadhafi surrounded
A spokesman for the military wing of Libya's National Transitional Council has said that Moammar Gadhafi is surrounded in a 60 square mile area of Libya. The spokesman said that Gadhafi had been tracked using sophisticated technology and human intelligence, though the spokesperson did not specify where that region was. The information comes to light as the rebels have besieged the town of Bani Walid, where a number of Gadhafi loyalists are located, and have given that town until Friday to surrender.
