Report: Both sides have committed war crimes in Libya
Amnesty International has claimed that both sides in the Libyan civil war have committed atrocities during the conflict with Gaddafi Loyalists initiating mass killings of protestors and torture while rebels have undertaken revenge killings on prisoners and house to house raids killing supposed mercenaries. The report is predominately filled with abuses committed by pro-Gaddafi members while a smaller section details acts committed by the rebels.
