Syria offers nuclear cooperation, IAEA says
Syria has said that U.N. inspectors can visit the site of a suspected former nuclear reactor that was bombed by Israel in 2007. The site at Dair Alzour, is similar to sites in North Korea and would supposedly be used for creating plutonium, a key component in a nuclear weapon.
