William Hague declares 'watershed’ moment in Libya relations
British Foreign Secretary William Hague has said that relations with Libya have entered a new phase as a new British Ambassador has been appointed to the country in addition to 50 pounds of financial support for the nascent government. Mr. Hague maintained that one of the many problems that the new Libyan government would face would be to bring together the many disparate groups present in country to form a strong central government and military.
