Extreme Poverty Is Now At Record Levels
The percentage of people in the U.S. living in incredible poverty is now the largest its been in 35 years with over 20 million people below the poverty line. Last year 2.6 million people became impoverished, the largest single growth since the U.S. government started keeping statistics in 1959.
