Obama defense plan would end ability to fight two conventional wars at once

The U.S. military will experience a number of dramatic cuts, coming to $489 billion over the next 10 years, though more cuts could occur next year. The military will no longer be able to fight two conventional wars at the same time and instead will focus more on cyber security, drones and the Pacific region.
