Pa. Gov. Corbett signs Harrisburg takeover bill
The capital city of the state of Pennsylvania has had its finances taken over by the state and the governor is prepared to declare a fiscal emergency in the city soon. Harrisburg filled for federal bankruptcy protection last week.
