Romney unveils economic plan ahead of Obama speech
Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has released his new economic plan, designed to encourage economic growth and lower taxes for the middle class and corporate America. His plan also proposes that new government regulations should not incur new costs on businesses and that if they do an older set of regulations should be removed.
