Woman decapitated in Mexico for web posting
A decapitated woman was found in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, with a note beside her that says she was killed for a web posting she made on a popular social networking site where tips about the activities of drug cartels can be given to the authorities. Macias Castaneda was a newsroom manager for the Primera Hora, a local news paper, but it appears that her killing was connected to her postings on the website and not directly to her work as a journalist.
