World Bank Chief to Step Down
World Bank President Robert Zoellick said he plans to step down in June at the end of a five-year term in which he led the institution through a volatile period in the global economy. Mr. Zoellick presided over the first capital increase at the bank in more than two decades while it provided a record $247 billion for infrastructure projects, the private sector, agriculture, trade finance, education, health and social safety nets throughout the developing world.
