Afghan leader pleased with elders' demands

The meeting of Afghan tribal elders, the loya jirga, has come up with a list of 76 demands of U.S. and international forces such as an end to night raids and no longer allowing military forces immunity when they commit crimes. The four day gathering of 2,000 community leaders was threatened with attacks by the Taliban, who attacked the previous loya jirga.
