Afghan tribal leaders gather in Kabul
The Loya Jirga, or the meeting of Afghan tribal elders, is set to occur in Afghanistan where leaders will discuss military arrangements relating to the U.S. Security for the event has been heightened due to the fact that the Taliban obtained confidential security plans for the event.
