Australian PM Julia Gillard hits out at asylum ruling
Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has spoken out against Australia's High Court ruling that the migration act did not offer sufficient protection for refugees going to Malaysia. The act would have had 800 people seek asylum in Malaysia while 4,000 refugees would be relocated to Australia over a four year time span.
