Australian PM Julia Gillard presents carbon tax bill
Australia's Prime Minister, Julia Gilard, has unveiled a new carbon tax bill to both boos and cheers in the Australia Parliament. The bill was put together, despite a pledge by Gilard during the election not to pass a carbon tax bill, due to the fact that the government did not have a majority in parliament and had to partner with the green party.
