China Called On as Investor Amid Italy Crisis
China has become a possible investor in Italian Government debt as a group of Italian officials have held discussion with their Chinese counterparts. The officials did not say that Italian bonds would be purchased, though China has become an investor in Spain, Greek and Portuguese debt.
