China OKs plan to curb greenhouse gas emission
The state council of China has decided that the country will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 2015 by 17% per unit of GDP. China will accomplish this by establishing and developing energy sources that minimally involve carbon while initiating measures to more accurately register greenhouse gases.
