China gaining upper hand in friendship with Russia
The relationship between Russia and China is unlikely to improve as China is no longer interested in importing Russian military technology while an energy deal totaling $1 trillion dollars over 30 years has yet to materialize. Russia and China increasingly see each other has long term competitors according to a report by Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
