The Chinese Government has renewed Google's license to operate in their country, a significant change for the search engine giant as it has been operating out of Hong Kong since last year due to concerns that it was censored and possibly hacked. The new move gives Google access to the largest base of internet users on the planet and allows it to be in a better situation to compete with China's largest search engine provider, Baidu.
