China signals weaker currency after U.S. Senate vote

The Chinese Government has moved down the range that the yuan trades at versus the U.S. dollar for the second straight day after the U.S. Senate passed a measure that would impart tariffs on countries that keep their currencies artificially undervalued compared to the U.S. dollar.
