Clinton warns against intimidation in South China Sea dispute
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that China should not attempt to force its claims in the South China Sea and instead should utilize existing agreements and treaties to govern its actions. The area has large oil and gas deposits which could meet China's energy needs for decades and has become a source of contention for a number of countries in the region.
