Haqqanis deny killing Afghan peace envoy
Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is the operational leader of the Haqqani Network has denied the allegations put forward by the U.S. that they are responsible for the killing of Burhanuddin Rabbani, the former President of Afghanistan.
