Hasina hopes B'desh, India will work out Teesta deal
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of India and Bangladesh's Premier Sheikh Hasina have said that they believe a deal is possible between their two countries over a water sharing deal between the two countries over the Teesta River. The two countries previously had an issue sharing water from the Ganges River but an agreement between the two countries was worked out in 1999.
