IMF says Chinese banks face risks, urges quick action

The International Monetary Fund as part of its review that occurs every five years has said that there exists problems in the Chinese banking system that need to be rectified. The review has stated that the overall financial system in China is healthy but that the Chinese government should play less of role in making loans and instead these loans should be administered by commercial entities.
