India Measures Itself Against a China That Doesn’t Notice
India is increasingly comparing itself to its Chinese neighbor as the two countries continue to develop and grow. The comparison, however, is largely one sided as the Chinese have maintained little interest in India's development and are more apt to compare themselves to the U.S. or Europe.
