Anti-corruption campaigner Anna Hazare has said he will resume his hunger strike if parliament does not pass his measure to create an independent position to crackdown on corruption. Corruption has become a major problem in the world's second most populous country as a bribery case related to a telecom company cost the country an estimated $39 billion while there are accusations that the 2011 Commonwealth games were financially mismanaged.
