Japan approves $157bn quake budget for reconstruction
The Japanese government has approved a $157 billion dollar budget for reconstructing areas hit by earthquake that rocked Japan in March of this year. A component of the budget will also be used to combat the increasing value of the Japanese Yen which is hurting Japan's overall exports.
