Japan planning fourth budget this year, First time since Post-war Reconstruction
In order to deal with its rapidly rising currency, economic problems resulting from Thai floods and a nuclear and natural disaster in March of this year, Japan has taken a step not initiated since its Post-War governorship of MacArthur and drafted a fourth budget this year. Japan is also participating in a program between six central banks to borrow U.S. dollars and is incredibly concerned about the size of its national debt which is close to a quadrillion yen.
