Leader of Khmer Rouge torture prison gets life sentence
A Cambodian court has sentenced to life in prison for running a Khmer Rouge prison that actively tortured prisoners and led to the death of 14,000 people. He admitted his guilt in the operation but said that international law does not apply to him as he was just following orders.
