Myanmar's Suu Kyi registers as candidate for parliament seat
The formerly imprisoned political dissident and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Aung San Suu Kyi, has registered to run for parliament in Burma. She was released in 2010 after being imprisoned for nearly 20 years, just apart of the changes sweeping through Burma after scores of political dissidents were released and peace deals with ethnic rebels.
