Pakistan court to examine president Zardari's immunity
The Supreme Court of Pakistan held a contempt hearing for the prime minster of Pakistan over his failure to launch a corruption case against president Zardari. He was questioned over his refusal to ask Switzerland to reopen a case against the president for money laundering. The Pakistani PM, Yusuf Raza Gilani, maintained that the president was immune from prosecution.
