Panel to decide fate of soldier accused of murdering 3 Afghans
The trial of a U.S. soldier accused of killing Afghan civilians, leaving weapons behind and then taking body parts as trophies, is now going to a military panel to decide his fate. Calvin Gibbs could face life in prison if convicted while seven others have been charged with lesser acts.
