Taliban, allies form leadership council
The commanders of the various Taliban factions within Afghanistan have setup a council to work against the NATO led coalition in Afghanistan. Mullah Mohammed Omar, the fugitive leader of Afghan Taliban, spurred the agreement which also called for an end the kidnapping and killing of innocents.
