Taliban claim obtaining Afghan security plans
The Taliban have said that they have obtained the security plans for the upcoming Loya Jirga, an assembly of tribal elders who will discuss peace talks with the Taliban and an agreement with the U.S. government. The Taliban struck last years meeting with rockets and suicide bombers, though the validity of the report circulated by the Taliban has not been verified at present.
