Taliban set terms as US pushes for talks
The Taliban have said that they will not discontinue their military campaign even as they pursue peace talks with the U.S. They also decried the legitimacy of the Karzai led Afghan government, while a suicide blast killed a district governor and 4 others in Kandahar province.
