Thailand flooding: Parts of Bangkok 'to be hit'
The Thai Prime Minister, Yingluck Shinawatra, said that parts of Bangkok needed to be flooded in order for the water eventually be drained out to sea. Parts of Bangkok are already under water and troops have been brought in to reinforce the cities flood defenses.
