U.S. Envoy to Try to Persuade North Korea to Give Up Nuclear Weapons in Exchange for Aid
The new U.S. envoy to North Korea will try to persuade the reclusive country to give up its nuclear weapons program in exchange for aid. Glyn Davies, the current U.S. ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency, will also be a part of the delegation to meet with north in Geneva in the first talks with the regime in 3 months.
