U.S. turns up the heat on Pakistan's spy agency
The U.S. Government on Thursday said that the Pakistani spy agency, the ISI, was supporting terrorist attacks against U.S. targets in Afghanistan. U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen said that the Haqqani network, which was responsible for the U.S. embassy attack on September 13th, was basically an arm of Pakistani Intelligence and had received support from the agency.
