UN's Valerie Amos assesses North Korea food shortages
The top humanitarian official at the United Nations, Valerie Amos, is on a five day visit to North Korea to appraise the food shortages occurring in the reclusive nation. Their is currently suspicion in South Korea and the United States that crisis is being exaggerated and that if given food supplies, that authorities could seize them for their own purpose.
