The 18 of the most vulnerable nations to climate change are meeting in Bangladesh to discuss a unified statement before a UN gathering in South Africa on the same subject. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called on urged the world to create a $100 billion fund to help those countries who are suffering the worst from climate change.
