EU launches legal action against Hungary
The European Commission, the executive arm of the EU, has started legal proceedings against Hungary due to the new laws passed by the government of Viktor Orban. The passage of the new laws led to large scale protests in the country while Mr. Orban has been called to the European Parliament to debate the new measures on Wednesday.
