German Leader Faces Key Choices on Rescuing Euro
German Chancellor Angela Merkel must decide whether her country will contribute more funds to help Greece get out of its current debt woes or allow Greece to exit the euro-zone and possibly cause the end of the Euro Currency. The chancellor faces increased discontent at home about a bail-out of Greece and her party has lost a number of state elections recently compounding her problems.
