Putin Support Tepid but Broad in Industrial Russia
Many once excited pro-Putin towns and cities are less willing to go out of their way to support Putin's reelection. Yet their are pockets, mostly industrial areas, of robust support Putin still has that he will need to mobilize in the upcoming March election.
